Our No Quibble 14 Day Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. You must inform you in writing - by email - of your decision to cancel.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation and/or accessories. We will issue a full refund (which includes the cost of economy uk postage where applicable, any other delivery charges will not be refunded) on receipt of the returned goods within as short a time as possible but always within 30 days of receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched back to us within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Return delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and the return postal method has been agreed with us in advance.
