You can have your items gift wrapped for only £2 each! We only use good quality recyclable wrapping paper.

Add a gift message which is put onto a gift tag at no extra cost.

Choose from the following gift wrap or you can leave the choice up to us. If you have a preference just pop the name of the giftwrap in the message box before or after the message you want sent to the recipient.

Please Note - our office hours are 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and we only post items on these days.

UK Delivery

Normally these soft toys, teddy bears or gifts are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days of cleared payment being received and two delivery types are offered:

Economy Delivery

Royal Mail 48 Tracked - or a courier service offering the same delivery time

Items weighing over 2 kg may be sent by courier which has an estimated delivery time of 1 - 2 days from the date of despatch. Both Royal Mail and the courier estimate that delivery time will be 2 - 3 days from date of dispatch.

Please note: there are NO courier deliveries at weekends.

Expedited Delivery

Royal Mail Next Day 1pm Service - or a next day courier delivery service

Both Royal Mail and the courier estimate that delivery will be made before 1pm on the date following dispatch.

We now ship mainly to the UK but can ship to other locations outside the EU by arrangement. Please contact us for details.

Pre-order Items

We are always happy to pre-order any products which are not currently in stock but for which we sell the brand. For Hansa, we offer a pre-order service for their larger life-size animals such as elephants, lions, gorillas, etc. These life-size animals will be dispatched directly from Hansa. Please contact us for delivery times and costs before ordering these specific products.
